Kevin is by far the most professional, funny and genuine people we had the privledge of meeting and working with over the course of our wedding. He was one of the few suppliers that gave us nothing to worry about and took the work on himself to give us a seamless wedding experience. The quality of his work is ever present by his professionalism, attention to detail and his genuine love of being involved with a couples “Most important day”.
Larger companies sell there business for a few hours. Kevin sells what came to feel like a friend. Nothing could be more personal than his approach. Your prompt communication, ease of selecting music from the online library and your flexibility without any fuss of going all the way to Geelong for our wedding was really appreciated.
You were super understanding in all of the requests we wanted from our entrance songs to getting some oldies music for our parents. In all you were just such a friendly and great person to deal with and would recommend you to anyone looking for a DJ. Although we didn't have Kev as our MC at our wedding, we wouldn't hesitate having him if we needed to as we've seen his work at previous weddings. We had our own friends as MCs and got feedback saying you were easy to work with through the night and there was no fuss.

Right from the 1st meeting, we knew that you would do a fantastic job and you did not let us down!
Your website was professional and very easy to use, making it easy for us to sort out payments, choose from a vast array of songs from you music library and even get an idea of the top tracks that others have chosen for their wedding formalities.
Leading up to the wedding reception Kev ensured that we were not forgotten and despite his busy schedule took the initiative to arrange a time to meet with us to discuss the evening’s proceedings. On the night of our reception, we could not have been happier with the way things panned out.
Kev worked closely with our MC and was able to adapt to any last minute changes without a hitch. He played the songs that we selected to play but was also able to gage the audience and play tracks that catered for everybody, including the parents! Kev certainly had the entire room on the dance floor all night – a real crowd pleaser! To his testament, several of our family members and friends commented on how great our DJ was.
What makes Kev unique is that he did the extra things that go beyond the role of a DJ. For instance, Kev took some great photos of the evening and sent these to us on Dropbox and he ensured that he came early on the day to set up and personally meet our MC.

Kevin is a very easy going guy that does an amazing job. He knows how to read the mood of the crowd and plays a variety of music accordingly. We sent him a wedding timetable but let's be serious, it never goes as planned BUT Kevin played all the right music at the right time regardless. A big thank you for his hard work on our very hectic and special night, it wouldn't have been half as much fun without his exceptional expertise.
He customized the music quite a few times for our first dance and group dances however we wanted as we made changes after each practice session. He can do more than just DJing as he also operated a dried ice machine during our first dance and group dance. His online music request system is incredibly easy to use and manage.
I highly recommend Kevin to all who are looking for a unique individual that's willing to meet and help you with all your needs rather than a big DJ company that sends whoever is free to your special night.

My husband and I recently got married on the 28th of March. We asked Kevin to be our DJ for the night after a reference from my sister in law. She had gone to a wedding where Kevin was the DJ and raved on about how amazing he was and how good the music was that he was playing. It didn't take her long to convince us that we had to have him as our DJ.
After a few emails back and forth I instantly realised how easy going he was and how easy it was to deal with him. He answered all the questions we had, and always responded to them promptly and this was all before we had met. Once we met with Kevin it reiterated all the qualities that he had shown through the emails. He had a great personality and was willing to meet us in a local place that was easy to get to. We knew we had made a great decision picking Kevin as our DJ once we realised he had lots of experience and could help us in areas that we were unsure of.
Our wedding night was nothing short of amazing and Kevin contributed to that. He played awesome music throughout the whole night and everyone commented how well he set the mood and played such appropriate music to the crowd. He pleased everyone on the night and had everyone on the dance floor whether they were young or old.

We wanted to thank you for a great night at our wedding reception. Our guests and ourselves had a GREAT time! Many of them already commenting on the night that we had such a great DJ.
We started off selecting songs and asking our friends to select songs through your very easy to use music planning tool, but gave up half way realising we were running out of time and we were not very 'musical'. So we just selected the main ones (entrance song, bridal dance, bouquet throwing etc) and left the rest up to you. Your ability to read the crowd (even with cultural music) is amazing and you tailored the night to suit everyone's needs. You also listened to our guests and played requests as appropriate.
We are so glad that we found you as our DJ, after contacting a few companies (some large, some small), you came through as someone who really cares about our wedding.
You were prompt with replying emails and text, you answered all questions we had- even if they were repeated. It was always YOU that we were communicating with and not multiple different people.
You understood weddings are stressful to put together especially the last few weeks leading up to the day, and did what you could to assist. You were very flexible with time and location for a meet and greet, and you put us at ease - it was like having coffee with a good friend.
We cannot express how happy we are with Kevin as our DJ, other than his outstanding professional service, Kevin has a fun personality, ready to give words of support or calm your nerves and most of all, he treats your wedding as importantly as it is to you.

I LOVE INSATIABLE NIGHTS!!!! I can't even tell you how many obnoxious DJs we interviewed for our wedding, and when we found Kevin it was like the clouds parted and the sun started shining.
The music for our wedding was tasteful, fun, totally in our taste, but at the same time Kevin took requests from the crowd and kept everyone on the dance floor all night. In fact I've received a number of compliments on how fun my wedding was and how great the music was and I am attributing that to Kevins awesome DJ-ing. We literally had everything from 80s, 90s to R&B; which we all blended well. He also gave us a great recommendation for our final circle it was PERFECT!!!

Kevin was both DJ and MC for our wedding reception and we could not be happier with how the night went. He engaged the crowd when MCing and ensured everything ran to schedule while still being flexible to adjust to what happened on the night.
Many of our guests commented on how Kevin was able to read the crowd and adapt the music accordingly, and there were many compliments directed towards the playlist. He did not restrict the music to what we had picked, listening to requests on the night and following the crowd.
Planning and organising the music for our wedding was made so easy by Kevin and his expertise. Kevin was the PERFECT DJ (and MC). From our very first meeting we knew that we have found what we were looking for in a wedding DJ- someone who we could actually meet and get to know (instead of going with a big company and being assigned a DJ on the day), and someone that was interested in getting to know a little about us too! We wanted someone that would listen to us and someone who we knew would do their best to play the sort of music we wanted but would also be able to read the crowd and make sure everyone had a great night. Kevin managed to do ALL of that and more!!!
He was easy to contact and met up with us several times before the wedding, he was always easy to reach and available when needed. Something that we really liked was the online database that he provided, we were able to pick the songs we wanted and compile our own playlist which was really helpful and there was even a link for our friends and family to choose some music too!
On the night Kevin did an amazing job, the music was great and everyone loved it- we didn’t expect many people to be dancing but somehow he got almost everyone onto the dancefloor!!! Kevin did a fantastic job as our MC for the night too, and even helped us stay organized and made sure things ran smoothly. He looked the part, was engaging, fun yet professional and a great DJ who’s experience and skill showed effortlessly.
We would recommend Kevin to anyone in a heartbeat, we received many compliments from our guests, and even passed on his details to some of our friends- one of which have booked him in for their wedding this month!!

We wanted a DJ who knew how to work the crowd, takes a personable approach to their clients and provides advise and support. Kevin did this and so much more. As a result, we had a smooth lead up and an amazing wedding reception whereby we rocked so hard the fire brigades showed up....true story!
Kevin was highly personable from the time we met. After only one Skype interview, we were impressed with his warm and fun loving personality. In the months leading up to the wedding, Kevin was highly responsive to our questions and concerns regarding song choice and equipment setup. His online music selection system was exactly what we needed as it allowed us to build on the playlist over the preceding months. He was also extremely generous with his personal time and provided us with variations to our first dance music which we had relied on for the night.
On the day prior to the wedding, Kevin was flexible and willingly accommodated last minute changes to the recommended playlist and provided backup microphones when requested. Majority of songs on our playlist were left to his discretion and during the wedding reception, he did an amazing job not only supporting the MC with the run sheet but also rocked the dance floor. As a host, it was amazing to see everyone with big smiles, sore feet and lots of praises.
In short, I would recommend Kevin to host your function with no hesitation. He is someone who is personable, proactive, generous, organised and clearly enjoys what he does!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Kevin for making our wedding reception such a special night. Before any wedding ceremony or reception takes place meticulous planning has to occur and Kevin went out of his way to discuss, plan and advise us how a wedding reception usually runs. He was always patient, open to ideas and flexible when it came to organizing the event. He was easily approachable, helpful and was always replying to our emails in a prompt manner.
Kevin’s music library was phenomenal for we were able to request any song and he was able to bring all the songs together in a compilation on the night of the reception that best reflected the audience making sure that everyone was able to dance and enjoy the night. All our guests commented on how great the songs were and they really enjoyed our DJ’s company. We would also like to thank Kevin for the extra attention he gave to our first dance music mix which was exactly how we wanted it to be presented with the remix sequences beautifully complied even though he had no idea what our dance was going to be like. It made it so much easier for us to practise prior to the wedding.
Kevin went beyond and above his work as a DJ, and even agreed to be our Master of Ceremonies for the night. He took the effort to remember the bridal party and both parents to be able to invite them for speeches. Kevin was such a fine Master of Ceremonies making sure our wedding program ran on time and prompting those that were required to speak making the night run smoothly and exactly to plan. With Kevin around, we were able to relax, be calm and enjoyed the night without having to worry that we were going to miss any of our planned events.

When I called you about my 40th Birthday party – I was looking for something quite specific. With a theme like ‘Brazilian Carnival” and being a girl who grew up in the 90’s – you had your work cut out for you. Being a dance performer – I’m also quite pedantic when it comes to music. When my DJ friend Clauds recommended you – I was determined to get the best DJ I could find for my party extravaganza.
In a word – your work was “Insatiable” - leaving my guests wanting more – not wanting the night to end. Your music choices were amazing – and you kept all my family and dance performer friends on the dance floor the whole night. You really know how to gauge your crowd. I’ve been to sooo many parties where the DJ will play one or two great songs – the crowd gets into it –and then they play an ordinary song and people go to the bar or out for smoke. There was NOT ONE ‘ordinary’ song in all of the sets – I loved every single you song you played.
You are also a consummate professional. Your website and booking procedure is so professional and easy to navigate through. Your song list is amazing and it was so easy for me to create playlists for the evening. In addition, you did your research – checking my song list and adding some songs you thought I would love – and I did!!! You also took the responsability of liaising with the other performers I had on the night as well as the venue. This took such a weight off my shoulders – particularly at the last minute. On the night – your natural and friendly style meant that the other professionals found you so easy to work with.
Kevin – your music made my night. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such great work at my 40th Bday Party – Carnivella. I cherish the memories you helped me to create.

He took the stress out of worrying about music as his ability to judge the crowd was astounding. Many of our family and friends commented on how awesome his music was and that he really helped set the mood for the night.
I won’t lie. I did research some other DJs, none of whom gave us the time or personal experience that Kevin did. He met us in our home to gain an understanding of what we liked and how we wanted our wedding reception to be. He helped us piece together our medley of songs for our first dance which was my favourite part of the night. He also incorporated the Hindi and Sega songs we supplied him via YouTube links which was awesome.
Our wedding reception was in a small barn so the dance floor was small. DJ Kev brought the right amount of equipment to cater for the small space allowing us to maximise the space used for dancing. He really took the time to do his own research to ensure everything was just perfect for us.
DJ Kev, you were one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Dealing with you was not only stress free but a whole lot of fun.

The fact that no one wanted to leave after the lights were on the and music was cut, speaks volumes of the atmosphere and party vibe you created! As part of the festivities we wanted to include some traditional Samoan dancing and you were more than happy to assist with the music. My wife and I married in March 2011. Kevin was a guest of our wedding and thus I wasn't able to engage him to DJ himself. This was somewhat of a disappointment to me as I have seen Kevin DJ at various clubs over the years and can honestly say that he demonstrates the most important skill of a DJ, namely being able to read the mood of the audience and cater to such.
